This costume go so many rave reviews from the crowds on the street during halloween and all the people at our party. It was a refreshing change to whats out there!
The costume is made well, not itchy, and my daughter was very comfortable. we paired it with warm white leggings and her cute black maryjane shoes and she was a believable Madeline. She was 4.5 years old and tall and the 4-6 costume fit great... its true to size.
For Madeline lovers, it's adorable
My four year old daughter loves Madeline and I surprised her with this costume. She loves it!! (And I'm stoked we narrowly escaped her being a princess for halloween this year.)
She is average size for a four year old and the costume is very roomy. I'd say it would fit a 5 or even 6 year old of avg size. The hat is cute but it will be a little tricky to keep it on her head, it's a bit small for her, but maybe average size for most kids. It does not come with a wig, as other reviewers mentioned. It's cute and she looks like madeline so mission accomplished. Great price, too!
Madeline Costume
There was nothing to it...what you see is what you get and it is so adorable. Be sure to know that the wig isn't included. I thought for a moment that it was but it does say that it is not. My 6 year old daughter has worn it around the house for weeks and we still have 3 more to go until Halloween. It's just a cute, well made costume and the price is right!
