Yes, it's cheap, but little girls love it anyway!
This dress is very popular and my daughter got a ton of compliments on Halloween. However, the tulle layer on this dress is very thin and see through and the wire will break through the hem of the dress after a few wearings. The hat is oddly sized, so it doesn't stay on very well. But like I said, the kids love it anyway!
