My two-yr old niece loves it. She picks it up, backs up to you and patiently waits for you to drape it around her. Although we didn't buy it for Halloween, her parents intend to use it -- "Little Red Riding Hood."Perfect for toddlers!
I bought this in red and blue for my 3 years old twin girls for dress up play. It fit them perfectly and they loved all the sparkles.

This item had no reviews when I bought it, so I was worried that it might be cheaply made or not look like the picture, but I was pleasantly surprised. It looks exactly like the picture and seems to be very decent quality for the price. It's not one of those cheapy, 'trashed after being worn twice' Halloween costumes - it can definitely be used for dress-up play again and again. Even the wings - I assumed they wouldn't last long but they survived being worn all day, bumping into everything she passes, active playground play, being dragged around in the car, left on the floor and stepped on, etc. They are made from nylon stocking material so I'm sure eventually they'll snag and run but so far so good, they've lasted longer than I expected them to (my kid is very active and not careful at all). Their straps also work well and seem very sturdy - I think the nylon fabric will run first before anything goes wrong with the harness or the inner wires.
