This costume was made well and seamed true to size. I had to make some alterations on it for my grand daughter because she was on the low side of the sizing. The maribou was easy to take off of the hem so I could shorten it. I also added elastic inside at the waist to bring the crotch up a bit. I just made a casing out of the seam that was there already and ran some elasric through it. If she wants to wear it again next year it won't be hard to reverse the changes I made. My grand daughter is 5 and she loved it.
