This is nice addition to a princess, witch or other costume. The material is very soft and lightweight, but it will certainly keep my daughter warm trick or treating. So much better than having to cover up her costume with a coat.
Its a free size really, just go by your kids height. I hemmed ours a little, using hem tape.

Gave this cape to my grand daughter for her 5th birthday. She absolutely loved it and loves to play dress-up!
