I purchased this for one of my nieces for her rainbow unicorn party and she loves it. In fact, her sister won't take it off. Good thing I'm the crazy uncle :)

Very cute, the child does have to hold the reins to keep head up. There is velcro to secure the reins around the neck I would guess but they are not long enough. We tried looping it around the suspenders but it didn't keep the head up. Hard to do this with trick or treat bag.
Cute costume- cheaply made
It served its purpose; my 5 year old loved it. She galloped the whole time we went trick-or-treating. As the night went on pieces of the costume kept coming off, like bows and ribbons. I paid $30 for it because my daughter really wanted to be a unicorn; however, I do not think it was worth that much.
