The dress was well made and fit well. The hat though was incredibly small and I had to sew a headband in so my daughter could wear.
Hat WAY too small
This costume looked adorable - the dress is cute, but the hat is way too small! I got a Medium for my 8-year old daughter. The hat is meant for a 4-year old's head.
