My daughter wore this for Halloween a few days ago and she loved it. It looked as good at the end of the night as when we started and that is not something you can say about all costumes. This one really held up well and will now provide hours of dress up play as it was very well put together.
Not nearly as cute in person!
I thought this costume was adorable.
My 11 yr old fell in love with it, we decided to get it. Unfortunately, it looks WAY better in the picture than it does in person.
The costume is entirely too big (she is a size 10, and we ordered that size).
The wings are very cheaply made. Feathers are only around the edges.
The glue is showing in many places (the feathers are glued in).
There is a ribbon edging on the wings that is crooked.
The hood hangs down to her nose.
The tulle will need to be steamed to get it to look half decent.
The choker is just plain ugly.
The tights are cute though!
Overall, i wish we had chosen something else. We have opted NOT to return it, and will instead just FIX the problems. I am adding extra feathers to the wings to make it look appropriate. I will be taking in the sides (about 1-2 inches on each side) to make it fit right. And, the choker will be thrown away and replaced with something much...
