I was so excited to order this for my daughter but when I took it out of the package I'll admit I was disappointed with the poor quality, especially since we paid extra to get the deluxe suit. I was even more disappointed (my daughter especially) when it started to fall apart! The costume ripped in a couple places and the pieces on the legs came right off and and left a frayed mess.
We gave this to her on August 4th for her birthday and she had only worn it three times!She also did not play in the costume in a rough manner, had she; I'd be more understanding of the damage.
With shipping and extra for a deluxe item we paid nearly $60! Definitely not worth my money - very disappointing and now I have to try and mend it best I can.
I gave very low stars because it was very stressful for my daughter that her suit (which she had been so excited about) fell part.
Cute but Flimsy
I ordered this for my daughter and she wore it at home a couple of times for a few minutes. Already it has a small run by her neck area from her just doing some action poses. The material is really flimsy but since this is the only costume that comes in her size there really wasn't much choice but to buy this one. Good thing is that I live in a warm climate area so the thin material won't make her too hot. Cute costume wish it was better made though
Girl power!
The costume is made cheaply, but for a little girl wanting to be a super hero, it fits the bill. The velcro in the back is not the best, so you'll probably had to do a little altering, but nothing that would prohibit me from buying it. My daughter loves Black Widow and is excited to wear this for Christmas. It was also a LOT cheaper than in the stores.
