This is an incredibly adorable cookie monster dress!
Cosmetically: It's adorable! Everyone loves it, a true party/center of attention dress! The cookie details on the skirt are a great touch. The blue is really nice, identical to the actual cookie monster blue. The furry top is soft and lightly stretches for a good fit. The headband really completes the look!
Quality: This is a very inexpensive costume, so expect the quality to slightly reflect that. Other people seem to have high-end pagent-type expectations for it, which is unrealistic for a play costume. Especially since kids grow so fast, there's no real way to even expect to get long-term usage out of it. This dress is beautifully executed, hangs well, the velco functions properly on the back, and none of the toddlers have complained of any itching or discomfort while wearing it(even for lengthy periods)! this is a really cute outfit. i bought the 2T it fits perfectly. it is more on the delicate side, but all costumes are. headband is really great. the nice thing is its prime eligible so you get it shipped free in 2 days, and you can return it if you have any issue.

The frilly cookie monster costume is super cute the only downside is that the biggest size available is a 4-6x which is what I got I brought it for my ten year old based on the measurements it should have fit her perfectly but it didnt. I was alteast able to get it on her but the white part that looks like a belt goes barely below her chest and you can see her undies. Not sure it would fit her in october but w leggings she can use it for sesame street . live.I wish they had this version of a costume for older children too.
