I will be returning this costume. The skirt is much more sparse and than it looks in the picture. Size-wise, the skirt waist looks like it fits an average 5 year old.
The wings do not stand up on their own - they are extremely flimsy and the upper half of the wings keep collapsing downwards when my daughter wears them. Definitely a design flaw.
Only the hair piece looks decent.
Not a huge win with my daughter
We purchased this to add to her growing collection of dance and fairy costumes. The quality is ok, but my daughter was expecting to have a full outfit versus what came. She was a bit disappointed. We have paired it with her dance wear and she seems to be liking it more. Quality is questionable, and stuff continually falls off. Not for long-term use.
Pretty color, but not quite good enough of a product
It was a beautiful color!! The strings that go over the shoulder to hold the wings on aren't as sturdy as I'd like and the top of the wings would flop down. The elastic on the skirt is a bit thin and uncomfortable. The skirt in the picture looks more full than it really is. I wouldn't order this again.
