The picture makes it look like a beautiful ball gown, just like Sleeping Beauty's dress in the movie. In reality it is pretty flimsy. The skirt is not wide and flowy, it just looks like it in the picture because the little girl is holding it out. It hangs pretty straight. It will not hold up to much washing. What really irritates me about it is the fit. I wanted a long sleeved princess dress so that I could put something warm underneath it and my daughter would not freeze on Halloween night. She is an average sized first grader and I got the size 5-7 dress. The length is perfect but the bodice/sleeves are very tight. There is no way she can wear something under it. I am ordering another costume.
Beautiful dress-up dress!
I bought this for my almost four year old for Christmas. I bought the size 5-7 thinking she would need room to grow. It was much bigger than I thought it would be so her lucky six year sister inherited it. I then ordered the Cinderella dress in 3-5 for the three year old and it fit perfectly.
It is a beautiful dress! Very soft and seems well made. My princesses are very happy!
Magical Sleeping Beauty Dress
Dress fit perfectly on top. the only alteration needed was a small hem for my petite daughter. The dress was well made and machine washable. A huge plus. The long sleeves are nice for warmth on a chilly halloween night. I was really happy with the purchase and my daughter loves the dress.
