The small size will only fit a 6 year old. Way way too big for a 4 or 5 year old. Expensive Costume not too be of quality material as well. Your better off going out and buying a blue bathrobe and getting the right size and go to Michael's art store and make your own necklaceway to big
I bought a small for my 7 yr old...It swims on her...it is meant for a 4 -6 yr old but I have had to significantly alter it...I had to shorten the sleaves several inches and velcro the front so that it will stay put..It would have been easier to start from scratch...Picture is a little deceiving
I am guessing they pinned this costume up on the model in the picture. The color of the robe is a lot brighter in person then the picture. Actually it looks more like the color of the other cheaper costume I saw. I ordered a medium (sz8-10) because I thought the small (sz4-6) might be too small. Well, it is HUGE on my daughter. She normally wears a size 7. So, I am going to have to pin it or do something to make it look better. This is well worth the price. The costume is full and rich in color and design. It is also well made as most of these costumes are not. My little one loves to twirl and this is definitely her favorite dress to twirl in. The over skirt and jacket are separate pieces so that she can dress as "the full wizard" or leave these pieces off to be a princess. The wand does not come with it but I was able to get one easily enough from Amazon.
As to the size, she is 3 and I had to hem this about 2 inches but the body part fits well.Love
This was well made and looked nice on. We had to put a tie on the jacket to tighten it and make the collar stand up. My little one got tons of compliments.Gorgeous!!!
My 5 year old daughter wore this beautiful gown for Halloween last week. It looks just as pictured. I know witches, in general, are supposed to be scary. However, my little witch was beautiful! She received non-stop compliments all evening. I bought a witch hat for $5.00 since the costume does not come with one. People could not believe that this costume was not handmade! My 5th grader wanted a sailor costume - so I clicked away and this arrived in a few days. I was surprised that I received the 'colorful' costume, instead of the darker navy blue costume, but perhaps I wasn't careful when clicking on the option. Still, it's a really cute costume. Material is typical costume quality. Looks great with white leggings. My 4'2", 80 pound, 10-year old needed the Large 12-14 size and it fit perfectly. The picture does not look exactly like the product. I had to have a seamstress move the belt lower, and fix the brim on the hat. The dress is also polyester, but it is cute. My daughter is a size 8 and the 8-10 fits her perfectly, so if you child is a 10, go a size larger.Not what was represented on website

I emailed the company through Amazon about it, but never received a response. My 5-year old granddaughter LOVES Star Wars! I found this costume for her and she LOVES it! It is perfect! I'm glad the wig had the buns on the side (some do not) as it would not have been Princess Leia to her. You have to pin the wig securely to make it stay, but she is very active with her light saber and it stayed on just fine. I would recommend this for any little girl who dreams of being a Star Wars princess! (One note: I ordered the small for her and it was perfect--by the description I would have ordered a medium--runs a little large.)Much larger than expected

The costume is nice...It fits nicely but my only complaint was that the wings seemed to be bothersome. The elastic is snug and it was bothersome to my daughter b/c it goes under your arm pits. A simple stitch on the back or a safety pin on the back attaching the wings would make it much better.Good qualiy costume

We shopped around for our 7 year old to find a good tinkerbell costume that didn't look cheep or cheesy, this one fit the bill. For all you moms out there, this top is cut very short. Kim Possible wears her shirt very short with her belly showing on the TV show. This top is the same. Yes, I suppose the argument could be made that it matches the character, but I do not want my daughter exposing herself at age 6. She will be wearing a black t-shirt under the top. I think the manufacturer's photo of the outfit is very misleading. It doesn't show how short the top really is. In addition, it is loose fitting. My little girl has short, curly hair exactly like Annie's except it's brown. So we decided she should be Annie for Halloween. I ordered this dress and was not disappointed. It is well-made and the fabric is nice for a costume dress. Most costumes are made out of flimsy materials, but this is more substantial. The fabric is a little thin to wear as a REAL dress, of course, but it's still better quality than most costumes.
Looked great right out of the package after a little light ironing. I did iron it on the wrong side to preserve the color.
Wore it twice this Halloween season and looked great both times.
Update: Finally washed product. Was concerned red might bleed onto white collar but did not. Colorfast. Laundered beautifully. Did not put in dryer.Could be Better
The quality of this dress was more of a Halloween costume than a dress. I purchased this for my daughter for her to wear for an Annie play, she will wear it for that but afterwards it will become just part of her dress up play clothes. The material is thin so I will have to figure out what to put under it.Annie dress-up
This was the best Annie dress I was able to find on the internet. It is of decent quality. I would have preferred an adjustable waist. It is shaped like a bag and does not look like the tight-fitting dress Annie wore in the movie. Also, the dress in the movie has little black lines around the white.
