Let me first say the costume is cute and would get 5 stars but it is so poorly sized I can at best give it 1 star.
My daughter wanted to be a bee for Halloween. She is super picky about costumes regarding the fabric so I choose the "Bratty Bee" because it looks like it would not be scratchy. I researched reviews as far as sizing and others recommended ordering up. A small claims ages 4-6, a medium 7-8 and a large 10-12. Since my daughter is almost 10 and while she wears a size 8 or 10 in clothing I didn't want the costume to be too small. I figured if it was a little big I could take it in. So I ordered the large. I couldn't believe how big it was. Totally ridiculous. Not amount of taking it in would make it fit her. I am 5'5 and 125lb and it is even a little big on me--long and a baggy. I wear a size 4 ladies so this costume should not fit me at all. I can't imagine this costume fitting any 10 year old I know, even 12 year old. Does not seem like child sizing at all...
