This dress is cute, and is made alright for a halloween costume. However, there is no way that it is the same product pictured. On the package it says "Fits dress sizes 2-6", and there is absolutely no way that is true. I wear a 2 or 4, depending on the brand, and this is skin tight, and only goes down to about my waist. I'll wear it with leggings this year, as more of a shirt than a dress, but it is hugely misleading and pretty much just wrong in its description. Also, it says it fits up to a 36 bust...at 32, I can barely squeeze it on or breathe. It might fit as a dress on a size 0, <5'2 individual, but for the rest of us think of it as a shirt.
