This dress will not look like the photograph. It is made from horrible polyester scratchy material. It is a very light dirty blue color not the beautiful blue in the pic. It comes with a different crown from the pic too mine broke putting it together. The neck collar and chest line is cut much wider than the pic and will not look right. The waist is sewn above the waist line of the dress. The flowers on the front are not placed the same as in the pic. There is no smooth satin or anything resembling it. This dress was a poor cheap copy of the item picture but will come packaged in a rubies bag with the pic of the nice dress. Don't be fooled it is a bait and switch by the manufacturer not the seller. Walmart sells much better quality than this don' t waste your money. It is not the high quality dress in the picture.
Very pretty dress, but the bows come off easily.
The dress if very pretty and is just like it's shown. It's very elegant. It was a bit long on my daughter who just turned 5 and tends to be a bit tall for her age, so keep that in mind. She also complained about it being itchy. But she complains a lot of things are itchy... I can see the lace being itchy though. It also took 45 minutes of steaming to unwrinkle it. MAN, that was WRINKLED.
But my real complaint is that the bows on the dress and tiara came off very easily. In fact, I took it out of the bag and shook it out and one popped off! Another popped off shortly after and my daughter hadn't even seen it. So I had to sew on the bows (they are only glued on). Since then I've had to sew on the rest of the bows and reglue back on the tiara as well.

I had purchased this costume out of haste before reading the reviews on it. After purchasing I went back and read the reviews and I was horrified at what I thought I was going to be getting. I even tried to go in and cancel my order 10 minutes after buying it but it said I couldn't because it was already being shipped?!?! When I got this I was very pleasantly surprised to find this beautiful costume to be NOTHING like the people in the reviews had described it! My daughter wore it for Halloween and it was PERFECT and 100 times better than any costume you could get at the Halloween store or Walmart! Only gripe I have it that I think is was much too big for my daughter and I had to pin it up and she is an average (probably taller than average) almost 5 year old. Even after pinning it up she still had to hold it up while she walked to keep from tripping! The tiara was perfect and not at all like what people in previous reviews had described, ours didn't have flowers that fell off and...
