I will start by saying I am a big fan of Popatu pettiskirts. I discovered their pettiskirts when my DD was a baby and fell in love. I have also bought them for every little girl in my life. It is the perfect birthday or Christmas present. That being said, I was sorely underwhelmed when I received this "costume." I wanted something fabulous in fuchsia/hot pink for my DS's themed birthday party.
I checked the measurements to make sure it would fit but in hindsight, the measurements do not include the length. Maybe Popatu should consider adding the length of their apparel. This thing is teeny. It's barely bigger than a swimsuit! I was expecting something the length/fullness of a pettiskirt, at the least. Come to think of it, I was expecting a pettidress. So maybe that was my mistake but Popatu should consider adding more detailed descriptions to their apparel or include at least one shot of a little girl in the "costume" so buyers get a real idea of the size.
