My daughter actually got this for xmas last year because she was so obsessed with Wizard of Oz. She still loves it and you cant beat the price. Unlike the other review the hat fit my daughter fine, but she has a smaller head.
Great costume for the price!
When I recieved this costume, I was actually impressed. I expected it to be a lot less durable for the price. I went cheap because it was for my 1 year old who would only wear it once. But its pretty good quality! I only gave it 4 stars though because the hat was very tiny, it did not fit on her head. I had to sew an elastic strap underneath like a party hat. Otherwise, it was a great buy!
