The product was received promptly, but when we opened the package, the costume was ripped at the seems in several places without a way to mend it. We contacted the company through Amazon, but never heard back from them and now we are out $55 with an unwearable costume! All of this on top of our 10 year old daughter without a Halloween Costume for 2011!
