Traditional Princess Dress-Up Set, Medium (3-5) - 4.9 out of 5 stars from 8 customer reviewsGranddaughter's favorite
Dresses are well-made and have trim details and iridescent fabrics that make them very special. My 5-year old granddaughter just loves dressing herself in them (there are no zippers; bodices are made of a stretchy fabric allowing her to pull them over her head). She's already asking for more beautiful Princess dresses!
Accessories also come with the dresses: long white gloves, headbands and a tiara. The tiara is very stiff to put on and very uncomfortable--was removed immediately. Need to find a new design that is kid-friendly.
Good quality, Easy for Little Girls
This is the second princess set our DD has had. The first had separate tops and skirts and closed with velcro. Those were a disaster, as DD couldn't reach the velcro behind her back and had to be helped with every outfit change.
Once she outgrew that set, we purchased these. The quality is great. DD can dress herself with ease. They have endured countless changes, playing with dogs, and being squished into a drawer with no signs of wear.
This is one of DD's more expensive "toys", but she uses them almost every day. And since there are multiple outfits, she can have a friend over and they both have choices.
If your daughter loves all things princess, she will love these costumes. Our DD has not complained that these are not the officially licensed product and do not have the little cameo on them (which I find tacky anyhow), but if your daughter is more brand conscious, give that some thought.
Adorable
These are super cute and I'd recommend them to others. They don't look cheap and they have a lot of cute detail. I haven't washed them yet and I'll try to avoid it as long as possible b/c I'm not sure how well they'll hold up in the washer. I'll post another review after I wash them. I would say that they run on the bigger side. My daughter is an average-sized 2 1/2 -year-old and they are a wee big. I'd say they are a perfect 3-year-old size.
