This costume is very cheap, not worth the price. It is not even the one currently pictured, it is the lighter peachy pink, and does not have the dark pink sleeves. The gloves are a joke, they don't go up to the elbow, no way they could when the fingers are only about 2 inches long. The crown is a soft foamy material and is flat for shipping and the creases stay - it won't stand up nicely like in the picture. The dress itself just doesn;'t hang as nicely as the one pictured. Overall, my daughter and I are both disappointed. We may return this as it is significantly NOT as pictured.Definitely not worth it!
I wish I had read the previous review before I ordered this! I got this costume for my small 3 year old daughter and I wanted the costume with the pink sleeves. I ordered this one in a size 4 since I thought it was the one I wanted (and they didn't have any smaller) and I could do alterations. I received the costume that is all peach (the one I didn't want) and it was way too big! The quality was really poor, as is with most halloween costumes. I am returning it. I just feel like the picture they posted for this costume was false advertising and I was so disappointed when I got it in the mail (and still have to pay for S&H).Poor, poor quality
I had to order this costume online since I couldn't find it in any stores. This is the first item I can honestly say I was extremely disappointed with that I have ordered from Amazon. The quality of this costume is aweful. The elastic in the sleeve had come apart so I had to re-sew it and then the crown's elastic came out as well so that needed to be sewn as well. I bought this outfit (seller: Janecosplay) for cosplay/ Halloween (and just because I love FMA). I ordered it on the 19th of August and it came in on the 28th of August! I was a bit skeptical at first because no one else had reviewed/ purchased this product before, but I researched the seller and based upon reviews others left about their various cosplay products, I chose to buy from them. I was impressed with the quality of the fabric and stitching. I'm 5'5", and I figured I might have to hem it in a bit, but it's fine. It would be a little better though if I was taller (haha... I sound just like Ed)... I'll just wear boots with a couple inches of heel with them.
There was a slight mishap with my purchase, as the tank top/ undershirt wasn't included in the package (which was well packed btw) but I contacted them and they replied within 24 hours and we resolved the issue within 36 hours. I ordered this costume for a party my daughter will be attending. I was worried that it would be too short for her (she's 4) but it's a modest above-the-knee length. It's polyester, and looks like it will be cool enough for the indoor summer party, but I wouldn't recommend it for Halloween unless you live in a warm climate. There are no snaps or zipper up the back, just a square of velcro, and then a long, open slit that goes to the middle of her back. It's not really a problem since it's summer and she's small, but I'd think twice if it were for an older child.
It's a really cute dress that I can envision her wearing even after the party. It would just be a cute thing to wear (once I address the back situation, put in a button perhaps or snaps). I can't imagine it would last for more than one season, but for the price, it's perfect and I'm happy with the purchase.cute

This is not a product review, but there is nowhere else to complain about this. The sizes are advertised as 3T to 16, but then you are asked to select XSmall thru XLarge, and the "click for explanation" doesn't help resolve this mess. The suit is great. My 8 year old son is on the smaller side so I bought a medium. It was a tiny bit long, but not a big deal. The mask however is WAY to small. It does not even fit my 5 year old. And my kids are petite. He had saved his money for this and waited for the UPS truck ALL DAY. When he finally got it at 8:30PM it was such a disappointment to not be able to play in it because he could not fit the mask on. We will have to return it and see what else we can find.small hood/mask
Costume body was a perfect fit but the mask was too small to fit my 10 year old son's head. I ordered an xtra large just to be sure the costume would fit. Possibly a smaller size mask was placed in the bag but I suspect for the child costumes they may use a one size mask. Son loved the costume so much he would not let me return it despite not being able to wear the mask. My daughter is 4 and LOVES Sharpay. The costume is great and fits to size. I was not so impressed with the headpiece, it was glued together and pretty junky, but we bought a wig and she wore a tiara with it intead. The dress is good quality and she has been playing with it nonstop.Fits great

I bought this for my daughter to wear for Halloween - I got her the 4/6 size, but it was considerably too small for my age 5 daughter! She was able to wear it, though the tights were more appropriate for a toddler - so I had to cut those and turned those into knee high socks instead. And the body of the dress just barely closed in the back. She was thrilled, nonetheless, but I should have ordered her the larger 7/8 size. The costume is very cute, and if you get the red wig (sold separately) then this costume is the absolute! It was a little big but I pinned it the back by the hood, that she wasn't going to remove anyways and it was perfect. I think the medium would have been too short. We are going to Disney in February and my husband purchased the "Lunch with the Princesses" package for our seven year old daughter. She HAD to have a Rapunzel dress, or she just wouldn't have been able to show her face (according to her).
After being warned by others that the cost of princess wear at the park is outrageous (could have guessed that), I hopped over to Amazon to look for dresses.
My dd (darling daughter) is 7-1/2, and is wearing about a 7-1/2 clothing size, (sevens getting tight, eights WAY too big), I ordered this dress in the XL (7/8) sizing.
Sizing is exactly what I was hoping for - but be warned if your little princess has "meaty" arms, the arms would be tight. Plenty of room, NO fasteners (pull on & stretchy bodice material), a little long (perfect with the 1" heels she will be wearing) and WASHABLE!!!!
The dress arrived Saturday (took less than a week to arrive, great shipping, and free!) and I had...fantastic!!
Arrived well before expected, nicer than pictured. Granddaughter was delighted with the dress, the wondercharms were a great bonus. i am happy with the service & product.Little Princess

I purchased this costume for my son at least one week before Halloween. I ordered a size 6-8 Valiant Knight Costume and received a size 10 Policeman Costume. I tried repeatedly to contact the company to ask them to send the correct costume in time for Halloween, but after waiting on hold several times for 20 minutes EACH TIME, just to be hung up on, I ran out of time and had to search through the few remaining costumes left at Target. I have yet to try to mail it back, due to being out of town with a close relative's sudden illness and death. Best of luck to those of you buying from this company -- I had horrible results and recommend Amazon no longer carry them as a seller. I wanted to give them zero stars, but had to click on at least one star to get the review to post.Charming but not for multiple uses...
The costume arrived very quickly and was quite charming. My stepson adored it. However, I don't recommend this product if you are planning on using it for more than one event. He wore it to a costume party the week before, trick or treating at school, and then again on Halloween night and by the time Halloween came around the silver material on the cowl was snagging. It still looked good, but it came as kind of a surprise.
Definitely get the costume however if you are not planning on putting so much wear and tear on it as my little four year old did.Fantastic!
We opened this up not expecting much, but it turns out it is of reasonably good quality. I foresee it lasting long past Halloween. She is having so much fun with it she is wearing it during imaginative play with friends. Glad we got it and for a good price no less.
