My daughter was excited to receive this costume... however, the costume itself was larger than expected overall, but the hat opening is tiny. She ended up wearing another one because the one from the costume is no good. It should have a rubber band so that she can hold it up against her head. I now realize that the girl in the image is holding her head... I didn't think that meant that the user had to walk around all day with her hand on her head to prevent the hat from falling off...
The quality is not that good overall as some of the sewing comes undone... Sorry, that's just my experience, so if you ask me, I wouldn't buy this again.
