This was not at all as it is pictured. I ordered the medium and it was HUGE! My daughter was swimming in it. The picture shows a full slip and this was more like a cheap tutu with a long waistband. It was not very full and was made pretty cheap. I buy from Amazon all the time, and have never felt the need to write a review. On this, buyer beware. I am pretty disappointed with this product.
