I ordered for a 2 year old based on reviews saying it was small, but I'd say the skirt is maybe for a 4+ year old. The wing straps did look nice and snug but I couldn't open the package to try stuff on. The wings were not gossamer, they are glitter printed on a sheet of plastic, are were a bit curled from shipping. Maybe it would be good for kids who are too tough on the wire/fabric wings.
Soo adorable
My daughter is 3 yrs 9 months old. She's a size 4 slim. The wing elastic for the arms are a good quality and probably the 1st set of wings that actually stay on her arms. Some other review stated that the elastic is too small. If your child is average or husky, this is probably too small. It's was perfect for my daughter. Due to the height do if wing tips, they will fall forward occasionally. My hubby countered that issue by letting her wear this up-side down. The wings should have been reinforced with some metal wiring but than that could become a safety issue depending on the quality. For $13 you cannot go wrong.

The quality is not good.The wings can not erect,it is always forward fall.The flowers on the wings is very rough.In fact,it wasn't what like I imagined.
