My daughter wears a size 6 & I'm struggling to find some thin thermals to fit under it. It is very snug on her and very thin so I'm worried that she'll have to wear a coat for trick-or-treating and won't be able to show off her costume. I would suggest ordering a size up if your child wears a size 6. Also, the holster/belt is just a gray polyester sash with the vague shape of a gun - doesn't look like the photo.
Pretty but not durable
This costume is ok in that most everyone can identify it as Padme Amidala. However, after my daughter wore it once, the lines on the costume faded so I'm left with a plain, white, pajama-looking costume. Also, the fabric is very thin; I had to make my daughter wear a tank top and shorts underneath. I'd say this costume is DISPOSABLE.
Good value
My daughter wore this costume at Halloween. She loved it and it looked good on her.
I think this costume is a good way to offset all these barbie-like princess costumes with one that allows girls to show they can be and do anything boys can =)
