I bought this adorable tutu for my daughter's 1-year birthday. Even though it says for bigger kids, I took a chance in buying it for her, and it fit her perfectly - was just a long tutu. Easy to put on - elastic band - great color.
Pretty good
I expected the quality of the material to be better, but still a great deruble skirt for a costume. Looks great in pictures!
