The sweater was exactly as pictured and was exactly what we needed for my daughter's Halloween costume. If you aren't looking for a serious cosplay outfit but just for a simple costume, this is perfect. It's not 'movie' accurate but close enough.
Horrible sizing.
The garment it's self has color variation and the reds don't match well. The tie is more purple than red, while it is red on the cardigan. The cardigan is much lighter than the one worn by Hermione. But my main peeve on this one is the sizing. I ordered this for a four and a half year old child, sizing states 4-6.. This thing is as big as my own cardigans, and I'm a 130 pound grown woman. I cannot even being to fathom how this is supposed to fit a four to six year old child because its so huge. Maybe it was mislabled in production but i will never know because I don't have time to play the exchange game with the vender. Now I have to return it and its going to cost a quarter of what I spent in shipping and restocking fees. Gross waste.
Great authentic-looking costume pieces
Purchased this set for a child's Halloween costume. The cardigan and tie were excellent quality and looked authentic based on what Hermione wears in the movie. Cardigan size was accurate. Very pleased with this purchase.
