The hat was very cute, but I didn't realize it was a plastic costume hat. No worries - I gave it to a neighbor's kid. It came very, very quickly, and I want to make sure that the seller is not faulted in any way for my not understanding what I was purchasing. I just had to go looking elsewhere for what I needed.
