We were very disappointed with this product. The wings do not have much support and do not remain flat on her back when our daughter wears them. After two days, the flowers on the skirt began to fall off. After a couple of weeks, the butterfly wand fell apart. We contacted the company to return the product after the issue with the wings but we were told that we would only receive a refund of the original price of the product minus tax and shipping. So, technically, if we returned the product and paid for the shipping ourselves, we would be spending almost as much as the original cost of the product. I would NOT recommend this item.
Very cheaply made.
My husband and I bought two of these for two of our daughters (ages 2 and 4). Our daughters do not play in a rough way at all. Within 15 minutes of wearing the outfit, the wings were tearing off of the material they had been glued to because of their own weight. My girls were happy to wear them anyway (for the next hour), but after that, I think they saw that the wings weren't holding up anymore, but had dropped down. So they lost interest.
The wand is cute, the wings would be great if they could just stay up, but the way they were made (material with wire glued to material) I can't see that being possible.
These were a total waste of money. Again, I like the wand, but the wings are the reason I purchased.
