I purchased this for my 2 year old's birthday. We put it on her and quickly discovered 2 bells on the floor. Then some more. They are just barely tied onto the bottom of the skirt. I had to get 2 out of her mouth the first 30 minutes. We have had it for 3 weeks and it sits now high up on a shelf until I have time to go through the shirt and reattach all the bells and secure the ones that are still on it. I think I will add a dot of craft glue after I tie them back on to secure the knot. You would think the manufacture could have though of that.
I did not give it a horrible rating because it is fixable, not destroyed and she loves to wear it. I have to say I think she shakes a little more when she wears it so the bells will tinkle.
Very cute!
Purchased this for my 2yr old nieces. They loved the bells on it. Thought it was very cute. Would've liked more tuling on the tutu but for the price very adorable. And after all it's just for dress-up.
Flimsy
This was not What I expected. I bought it for my Toddler neice who got about 2 days out of it before it was in pieces. Not for small children.
