They originally dropped the ball and instead of pretty fairy wings, we received a weird space gun, so the wings did not get wrapped for Christmas. I started to return them and the company contacted me, apologized, then offered to send out the wings "with a little extra" in 3-5 business days and told me to keep the space gun or give it away. The wings arrived today and someone attached blinking lights. My toddler is walking around with wings that strobe multiple colors. Even when the lights stop working (batteries run out, etc.) she'll be still love these wings, but I was VERY impressed with their customer service.
Perfect for Halloween
And for hiding the fact that my child wanted to be a princess again. >.< I didn't even notice there was a flasher attached to the wings, so the built-in visibility was a bonus. Very cute and lots of fun, but I wouldn't get them for a child younger than 5, since the wiring isn't very fixed or close-fitting.
Cute, but floppy
I bought these wings for my 2 year old and they are very cute. The top part of the wings tends to flop down so they don't stay upright very well. My daughter still loves them and has a lot of fun pretending to fly around the house. If the top part of the wings stood up I would have given these 5 stars.
