Item says comes with two rows of fringe but it only comes with one. I would not recommend this costume to any one. It also shows the scarf but it is not included.
Not even close to as pictured!
Just want to warn anyone looking at this dress - the dress is not as pictured and the company selling it was completely unapologetic about the dress being different than pictured - do not waste your time! I would warn anyone looking at anything from Halloweencostumes.com or fun costumes - that they apparently hold the right to change the style of the costume without updating their pictures.
