So I ended up going to Walmart, buying a similar item at the same price but made MUCH better, and gave them both to her.Extremely CHEAP! Do not waste your money...

This product came wrinkled and very messy looking, the arm band are so small they didn't fit my 8 year old who is of very slender build, also she is about 4 foot tall and the arm bands were going to be her favorite thing, but they didn't even reach her wrists, they fell about mid forearm and wouldn't fit around and were even too small for her wrists even if they reached. I ordered this for my four year old daughter for Halloween. It is so adorable. I was surprised that the sleeves are every bit as full as they look in the photo. The metal pendants are flimsy and will bend, but my daughter has worn this dress about 50 times already and everything is still intact. It seems to hold up well. The sheer fabric of the skirt is actually many colors--rainbow--and looks slightly different that in the picture. Still, a beautiful dress! Has Velcro at the back of the neck, no zippers or buttons, making it easy to get on and off. My daughter loves it and I'm sure any little princess would!Really runs large!
Okay, listen to the reviewers who say this dress really runs large. I got a small for my almost 4-year-old and if I seriously tuck the hem, she may be able to wear it next year. She's a bit small for her age but this dress runs extremely large compared to their supposed size tables. My child is generally right on the money on size charts and this is huge. Otherwise, it is a very pretty, frothy dress. The inner dress is a bit narrower so it isn't real twirly. We wanted something really twirly but otherwise it is awfully pretty. I am just glad for something that isn't all pink all the time. This is a bit more original. I don't think it is very sturdy. If I let her wear it while it is still long, I'm sure she'll rip it in short order. But that is kind of to be expected with this type of dress.Very pretty

The description says it includes shoe covers and tiara. It does not include shoe covers but does include wings and a wand (which would have been nice to know since I purchased them seperately to complete the costume). So far the lights don't work - one of the batteries was heavily corroded. I've cleaned out the corrosion (as best I could) and will try new batteries to see if it will work. The batteries should come separately or include a protective seal prior to customer receipt.Halloween Fun
My 4 yr. old daughter fell in love with this costume on Amazon.com. She had to have her twinkle fairy costume. And it was a hit on trick-or-treat night. We paired the costume with nude hose and silver shoes with lacey socks. We added some curls to her hair...lightly did her make-up...she was the perfect fairy. Every home we went to thought she was sooo beatiful.
The bodice of the outfit was perfect. We loved having long sleeves for a cool evening of trick-or-treat. The elastic on the wings was a little too big...we had to safety pin it to fit her, but not a big deal. We were disappointed with the head piece...the ribbons on the side fell off before we were out the door. By the end of the night the cardboard on the head piece had broken. She wasn't able to wear the head piece for her pre-k costume party the next day. Also, the twinkle lights stopped working shortly into the night on trick-or-treat. The battery had not run out...there is a short in the wire. It...Lights don't work well
It is a beautiful costume but the lights don't work very well. I sent the first one back because they did not work at all. The would light up occassionaly on the second one. I was struggling to find a long dress for my 5 year old daughter (she is pretty tall) - everything I saw at Target or other places seemed to just address a toddler of 2 or 3 years of age.
I bought the L (5-7) and it fits her perfectly.

The Rapunzel Dress-up costume looks really nice! It's very helpful that my daughter can slip it over her head to put it on; no buttons, zippers, etc. I goofed in that I bought a large instead of a medium. I hoped she could grow into it. However, I quickly realized for how much my daughter wears this, combined with her 'enthusiastic personality', it wouldn't survive. I hemmed the dress myself. However, it is definitely showing wear and tear.
For the money and description, I had hoped it would last longer. We've owned the dress for 5 months.great dress for busy little girls

The product photo looks like a pre-school aged girl. So, I bought these gloves for my 3.5 yr old (mind you, she is taller than most boys her age). Upon trying them on, they seem like they would fit a 5-7 year old better. I washed the gloves in hot water & threw them in the dryer so they would shrink. I will say they held up very well. I'll try to post a photo above in the near future. She was very pleased with them and will get some good use out of them.Very poor quality! Don't waste your money.
I purchased these gloves for my 3 year old grandaughter, who wanted princess gloves. When we opened them and she tried them on , both gloves immediately got runs in them, and there were pulls on the fingers. The size is also quite large for her. Overall, very disappointing, and not at all what the other reviews state.Cheap, but you get what you pay for
These gloves were well-priced, but you get what you pay for. The seam on one of the gloves had a small hole in it, which can be fixed, but more disappointing was the dirt on the fabric when I first opened the package. I have to admit that I was impressed with the quality of this costume. My 8 year old daughter felt like an Egyptian princess, especially after receiving so many compliments. Please note that this costume does run small. We ordered the large (based on previous reviews) and glad we did. It was a little large on her but nothing a little fabric tape can't take care of. We used the fabric tape to take up the length in the front, leaving the back trailing behind her. Even though we ordered the large, the headband was a snug fit. The material is a little transparent, so make sure to have your girl wear a cami and leggings underneath. All in all, I would recommend this costume.Nice Costume for the Price!
Our daughter had to have an Egyptian costume for a cultural fair at her school. So we were so happy to not have to make one ourselves. It's not going withstand a lot of wear and tear, actually any all. But this product is decent for a one or two wearings. And the most important thing, our daughter loved it.Queen Of The Nile!

The dress was made out of felt material, but it did the job. The mask/crown, however, was very disappointing. It was a cheap plastic mask, and really made the costume look cheap overall.NOT WELL MADE

THE PIECES OF MATERIAL THAT HANG IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DRESS WERE NOT SEWN STRAIGHT AND DANGLED UNEVENLY TO THE SIDE INSTEAD OF DOWN THE MIDDLE. IF I HAD SEEN THE COSTUME IN THE STORE, I WOULDN'T HAVE BOUGHT IT.
