I needed a pink cone hat for my daughter's costume; the stores were sold out. The silver around the hat's brim is not sewn on well, and the tip of the hat falls over. There is also too much elastic in the strap that keeps the hat on, so I had to shorten it for my daughter, who is 3. She loves it, but it's not as nice as I thought it would be.though
Droopy Hat
I bought this hat for my daughter. The hat would be great if it didn't droop. It is too top heavy so the hat flops over. The material is nice and the color is great, but you really need to stuff it with paper to get it to stay straight. The elastic is a bit long and I had to cut it and retie it to fit.
