I purchased a size 12/14 of this costume for my 9-year-old. The costume is so short as to be risque and the choke collar is too small to fit around her neck. The flare on the choke collar is much smaller than shown in the photo as to be nearly invisible behind my daughter's head (even if it did fit). Also, in the image, there is something at the waist holding the costume to give it a fitted look around the waist. The costume itself does not come with anything like that and the entire thing resembled nothing more than a black rain poncho with a splash of lace. Unfortunately the company I bought the costume from -- Wonder Costumes -- refuses to give me a refund.
