Cannot rate this item really because it's not a toy it's a costume.
The costume was to small and I returned it within 5 days of receiving.
The store said they released funds back to my account on 10/25/2011 for $20.09. The funds have yet reached my bank and they did not refund it in full. The store said they relesed funds for $20.09 and I paid $26.08, not including tax or shipping. I am trying to find out the reason for this.
