This product was awful - cheap, terribly made, mis-sized, and defective- missing one of the tie backs. I don't mind if a product is less than stellar, what I do mind is a vendor who does not stand behind their product and offer stellar customer service. This is the worst vendor I have ever dealt with after almost 9 solid years of internet purchases. I rarely even go into a store front anymore. It took 1/2 dozen emails and more than that in phone calls to hear a response. He said he would send me a call tag for the product to be sent back, but it never arrived and he doesn't return any emails or calls. I am taking this up with my credit card company now. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDOR unless you are looking for a place to throw your money away. Sorry vendor - you deserved this review - you earned it.
